• Pre-wash & Shrinkage Treatment 预洗预缩处理：Fabric pre-shrunk to prevent finished product shrinkage and deformation after washing. 面料预缩水处理，避免成品后续水洗缩水、变形、起皱。
• Functional Finishing 功能性后整理：Optional anti-mite, antibacterial, hypoallergenic and breathable treatment, meet US market sleep standard. 可选除螨、抗菌、防过敏、透气整理，符合美国家居睡眠产品标准。
• Down-proof Finishing 防绒处理：High-density weaving & fine pore finishing, effectively prevent fiber and down leakage. 高密度织造+细孔防绒工艺，有效杜绝纤维、羽绒钻出。

二、Cutting Process 裁剪工艺

• Computer Typesetting 电脑排版：Intelligent layout to improve fabric utilization, reduce material waste. 智能排版排料，最大化利用面料，降低原材料损耗。
• Automatic Cutting 全自动裁剪：Fixed-size cutting according to US standard pillow sizes (Standard / Queen / King). 按照美国标准枕头尺寸（常规/皇后/帝王）精准定尺裁剪。
• Edge Trimming 修边处理：Trim irregular edges to ensure neat and consistent cutting edge. 修剪毛边、不规则边角，保证裁片边缘平整统一。
• Piece Sorting & Marking 裁片分拣标号：Classify and mark front/back pieces, avoid color difference and piece mismatch. 正反面裁片分类标号，杜绝色差、裁片错配问题。

三、Filling & Production Process 填充与内胆生产工艺

• Filling Material Inspection 填充物检验：Check polyester fiber / down purity, fluffiness, no impurities and peculiar smell. 检验聚酯纤维/羽绒纯度、蓬松度，确保无杂质、无异味。
• High-temperature Sterilization & Drying 高温杀菌烘干：High-temperature drying and sterilization to remove moisture, mites and bacteria. 填充物高温烘干杀菌，去除潮气、螨虫、细菌，干净卫生。
• Fiber Carding & Fluffing 纤维梳理蓬松：Professional carding machine loosens clustered fiber, ensure uniform fluffy filling. 专业梳棉机打散结块纤维，让填充物均匀蓬松、无硬块。
• Quantitative Automatic Filling 全自动定量填充：Precise weighing and filling according to different pillow sizes and gram weight standards. 按不同枕头尺寸、克重标准精准称重填充，克重误差极小。
• Manual Auxiliary Even Filling 人工辅助匀料：Manually shake and spread filling to avoid partial hollow or overstuffed. 人工抖动摊平填充物，防止枕头局部中空、局部过满。

四、Sewing & Stitching Process 缝纫工艺（核心工艺）

• Inner Stitching & Closing 内胆缝合封口：First sew the inner layer to fix filling, prevent initial fiber shifting. 先缝合内胆裁片、初步封口，固定填充物，防止跑位。
• Overlock / Edge Binding 包边锁边工艺：Full-edge overlock processing, no loose thread, no fraying, more durable. 全包边锁边处理，无线头、不脱线、不起毛边，牢固耐用。
• Double Reinforced Stitching 双线加固车缝：Key edges and corners adopt double stitching, prevent cracking after long-term use. 四边及四角关键位置双线加固车缝，长期使用不崩线、不开裂。
• Shape Styling Stitching 定型绗缝工艺：Including plain stitching, grid stitching, wave stitching, fixed pillow shape. 平缝、方格绗缝、波浪绗缝等多种定型工艺，固定枕头版型，防止填充物移位。
• Corner Craft 四角工艺：Round corner / square corner shaping, neat three-dimensional shape. 圆角/直角定型工艺，枕头立体规整、版型饱满。
• Label Sewing 标签缝制：Neatly sew care label, size label and brand label, firm and beautiful. 工整缝制水洗标、尺寸标、品牌标，牢固不脱落、外观整洁。

五、Finishing & Inspection Process 成品后整理与质检工艺

• Thread Trimming 精修线头：Manually trim all redundant threads, clean product appearance. 人工修剪全部多余线头，产品干净整洁、无杂线。
• Shaping & Fluffing 整烫定型蓬松：Overall shaping and fluffing treatment, make pillow full and three-dimensional. 整体定型、蓬松打理，让枕头饱满立体、回弹均匀。
• Defect Inspection 全方位质检：Check stitching tightness, filling uniformity, fabric damage, color difference and smell. 检查缝纫牢固度、填充均匀度、面料破损、色差、异味等问题。
• Pressure & Resilience Test 回弹压力测试：Test pillow support and resilience, ensure no collapse after long-term compression. 测试枕头支撑性、回弹性，保障久压不塌陷、持久蓬松。

六、Packaging Process 包装工艺

• Dust Removal & Cleaning 除尘清洁：Clean surface dust and lint before packaging. 包装前清理表面浮尘、毛絮，保证成品洁净。
• Shaping Compression 定型压缩：Standard compression according to export packaging requirements, save logistics space. 按出口标准定型压缩，节省物流体积、降低运费。
• Vacuum Sealing 真空封口包装：Integral vacuum compression packaging, moisture-proof, dust-proof and mildew-proof. 整体真空压缩密封，防潮、防尘、防霉，适合长途海运、仓储。
• Outer Bag & Carton Packing 外袋+纸箱打包：Equipped with outer transparent/color packaging bag, then packed into export cartons. 搭配外袋独立包装，再装入出口标准纸箱，防压防损。
• Label Sticking 外箱贴标：Stick size, quantity, barcode and shipping mark, consistent with export documents. 粘贴尺寸、数量、条码、唛头，匹配出口单证信息。
