1. Production Process

1. Fabric Preparation: Adopt polyester, cotton or waterproof TPU laminated fabric. All grey fabrics are pre-shrunk and heat-set to prevent washing shrinkage.
2. Filling Preparation: High-loft hollow spray cotton or down alternative fiber or microfiber is used with fixed filling weight.
3. Computer Cutting: The top and bottom fabrics are precisely cut by cutting machines according to standard mattress sizes.
4. Square Grid Quilting: Three layers (top fabric, filling, bottom fabric) are quilted together by computer quilting machines. This process locks the inner filling firmly to avoid fiber clumping. Elastic straps are sewn on four corners for anti-slip performance.
5. Edge Sealing: Surround binding prevents fiber leakage. Heat-press sealing is applied for waterproof mattress pads to block water seepage.
6. QC & Finishing: Workers trim loose threads, inspect stitching quality and strap durability, and pick out defective items.

2. Better Sleeping Comfort: The inner fiber filling adds extra softness and cushioning, relieving pressure points of your body during sleep.
3. Breathable & Moisture-Wicking: The surface fabric absorbs moisture quickly, keeping your body dry and sweat-free all night.
4. Anti-slip Performance: Four-corner elastic straps fasten the pad tightly to the mattress, no sliding when you roll over.
5. Easy Care & Machine Washable: The whole mattress pad can be cleaned by washing machine. It will not clump or deform after repeated washing.
6. Optional Function: Custom anti-mite and antibacterial fabric is available, which is perfect for allergy sufferers, infants and kids.

7. Available standard sizes: Twin, Full, Queen, King, California King. Also compatible with domestic sizes 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.0m. Mixed sizes are supported, custom special sizes are acceptable.

3. Packaging Options

1. Budget Package: Clear PE plastic bag (regular packing or vacuum compressed). Custom logo printing is supported with low cost, available for 50pcs orders.
2. Retail Package: Color printed PVC bag or non-woven tote bag with product information and carry handles. Ideal for e-commerce sales and physical store display, acceptable for MOQ 50.
3. Premium Gift Box: Hard color gift box for gift sales channels, higher MOQ is required for this package.
4. Outer Export Carton: Standard corrugated cartons with customized shipping marks, protecting goods from crush damage during transportation.

4. Production Lead Time

1. Sample Lead Time: 3 to 7 working days.
2. Bulk Production Lead Time for 50pcs MOQ:
   • Stock fabrics & standard sizes: 7-10 working days
   • Custom fabric color, printed logo, customized filling weight: 12-18 working days
3. Extra Shipping Period: 1-3 days for domestic courier delivery. An additional 7-25 days are needed for export customs clearance and sea transportation, depending on the destination port.

5. MOQ Regulation (Minimum Order Quantity: 50pcs)

1. The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. Mixed sizes are allowed, you can freely combine single size, 1.5m, 1.8m and other sizes without ordering one single size only.
2. No plate charge is needed for stock fabrics and standard square grid quilting. If you customize exclusive quilting patterns or large heat transfer logos, a small plate fee will be charged, which can be fully refunded when your bulk order quantity reaches the agreed target.
3. Two regular packing solutions (clear PE bag and color PVC bag) are offered for orders of 50 pieces.
